2.1 Acceptance of Terms / 利用規約への同意
EN: By creating an account or using TamperDetector, you agree to these Terms. If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity under applicable law.
JP: アカウントを作成または本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。法人として本規約に同意する場合、会社法349条等の規定に基づき、当該法人を法的に拘束し得る権限を有していることを表明し、保証します。
2.2 Definitions / 用語の定義
EN: “Service” means the TamperDetector web, API, and related software. “User Content” means URLs, HTML, files, and any data you submit.
JP: 「サービス」とは、TamperDetector のWeb、API、および関連ソフトウェアを指します。「ユーザーコンテンツ」とは、ユーザーが送信するURL、HTML、ファイル、その他すべてのデータを指します。
2.3 Eligibility / 利用資格
EN: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or have parental/guardian consent.
JP: 18歳以上であり、法的に拘束力のある契約を締結できる能力を有しているか、または親権者等の同意を得ている必要があります。
2.4 Account Registration / アカウント登録
EN: You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
JP: 正確な情報を登録し、パスワードを第三者に開示しないでください。アカウントで行われるすべての行為について、ユーザーが責任を負います。
2.5 Service Description / サービスの内容
EN: TamperDetector periodically fetches the web pages you specify, computes hashes, scans them using an industry-standard anti-malware engine, and stores results for display. Automated access may appear in your server logs.
JP: 本サービスは、ユーザーが指定したWebページを定期的に取得し、ハッシュ計算・業界標準のマルウェア対策エンジンによるスキャンを行い、結果を保存・表示します。この自動アクセスはウェブサーバーのログに記録される場合があります。
2.6 User Obligations / ユーザーの義務

EN: Obtain any required consent or authorization to scan target domains.
JP: スキャン対象ドメインについて必要な同意または許可を得ること。

EN: Ensure that all submitted content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

2.7 Prohibited Conduct / 禁止事項
EN: Reverse-engineering, reselling without permission, generating excessive load, or any use in violation of law is prohibited.
JP: リバースエンジニアリング、無断転売、過度な負荷の発生、その他法令違反となる利用を禁止します。
2.8 Fees and Payment / 料金と支払い
EN: If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the posted fees. Prices exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. If payment is more than 14 days overdue, we may suspend or downgrade paid features until the balance is cleared.
JP: 有償プランを利用する場合、掲示された料金（別途記載がない限り税別）を支払うものとします。支払いが14日以上遅延した場合、未払いが解消されるまで有償機能を停止またはダウングレードすることがあります。
2.9 Intellectual Property / 知的財産
EN: We retain all rights to the Service’s software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-sublicensable license to copy, process, analyze, store, translate, and display that content solely for (a) providing and improving the Service, (b) maintaining security and functionality, and (c) meeting legal or audit obligations. We do not obtain ownership of your content.
JP: サービスのソースコード、ドキュメント、ロゴ等の知的財産権は当社に帰属します。ユーザーコンテンツの所有権はユーザーに留保されますが、(a) サービスの提供・改善、(b) セキュリティ維持、(c) 法令・監査対応の目的に限り、日本国内外で複製・解析・保存・翻訳・表示する非独占的、無償、取消不能、サブライセンス不可のライセンスを当社に付与します。当社はユーザーコンテンツの所有権を取得しません。
2.10 Open-Source Components / オープンソースコンポーネント
EN: The Service uses open-source software components under their respective licenses.
JP: 本サービスは、各オープンソースソフトウェアのライセンス条件に従って利用しています。
2.11 Disclaimer of Warranties / 保証の否認
EN: Except as expressly set forth in a separate Service-Level Agreement (if any), the Service and all results generated therefrom are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
JP: 別途サービスレベル合意（SLA）を締結している場合を除き、本サービスおよびその結果は「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されます。当社は商品性、特定目的適合性、非侵害、無停止稼働、エラー不存在を含む一切の明示または黙示の保証を行いません。
2.12 Limitation of Liability / 責任の制限
EN: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
JP: 法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、当社の責任総額は、(a) 100米ドルまたは (b) 当該請求の12か月前までにお客様が当社に支払った金額のいずれか高い方を上限とします。間接的、付随的、または結果的損害については責任を負いません。
2.13 Indemnification / 賠償責任
EN: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
JP: ユーザーは、本サービスの利用または本規約違反に起因して発生する請求、損害、費用について、当社を免責し、補償することに同意します。
2.14 Termination / 契約終了
EN: You may cancel at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach or security risk, with notice where practicable. Clauses 2.9–2.13 survive termination.
JP: ユーザーはダッシュボードからいつでも解約できます。当社は、違反行為や重大なセキュリティリスクがある場合、可能な限り通知の上で利用停止または契約解除を行うことがあります。2.9〜2.13は契約終了後も有効に存続します。
2.15 Modifications / 規約変更
EN: We may modify these Terms with 14 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
JP: 本規約を改定する場合、効力発生日の14日前までに通知します。効力発生日以降も本サービスを利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
2.16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction / 準拠法・裁判管轄
EN: These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
JP: 本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
2.17 Language / 言語
EN: If any discrepancy arises between the English and Japanese versions, the Japanese text shall prevail.
JP: 英語版と日本語版に相違がある場合、日本語版を優先します。
